Hi-Tech provides a full one-year parts and labor warranty with the purchase of new equipment. After the first year, you will be offered a reasonable maintenance contract to cover your system.

 I'm satisfied with my current system, but I don't think it's covered by a warranty.  How can I
 protect my investment?

Hi-Tech can provide a professional analysis of your current system, and can usually offer a reasonably-priced maintenance contract to cover the system -- both parts and labor.

 What if I experience a problem after your normal business hours?
